  • Get Approved

    If approved, you’ll receive a personal welcome and your Stripe membership link to activate your vendor account.

  • Activate Membership

    Your membership keeps your shop active and helps cover platform maintenance, marketing, and promotions — only $20/month with a low 8% commission on product sales.

  • Start Selling

    Once active, you’ll gain access to our vendor dashboard, product submission form, and marketing exposure across our online store and social channels. We handle the checkout, payments, and customer communication — you just ship your orders.

Customer experience is one of our top priorities. Aspen & Aura was built by a maker, for makers — so we understand how important it is that your buyers feel valued and cared for. We handle all customer service with the same warmth and professionalism you would, keeping communication personal, respectful, and prompt. If there’s ever an issue, we work directly with you to make sure it’s resolved in a way that reflects both your brand and ours.

There are two parts to participation: a $20 monthly vendor membership (to cover platform, marketing, and administrative costs) and an 8% commission per sale (applied only to the product price, not shipping). This keeps fees transparent and ensures we can continually invest in promoting your products and growing our shared marketplace.

All sales are processed through our secure Shopify system. Payouts are issued on the 1st of each month via Stripe transfer, minus the standard 8 % commission.

Yes, each vendor signs a simple digital agreement outlining membership, payout, and commission terms for transparency and protection. However, you can choose to leave the shop at any time.

Payments are batched monthly. For example, sales made in October will be paid out on November 1.
